SisuDiesel was originally founded in 1942 and began diesel engine manufacture in 1947. Since then the brand name has become synonymous with robustness and extreme durability.

SisuDiesel engines are used in a wide range of products such as agricultural machines, industrial machines and marine applications. SisuDiesel engines are manufactured at Nokia, Finland, and also assembled in Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil.
